2. Eligibility
Access to the md333 platform and the creation of an account is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. md333 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend any account pending verification.
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is absolute and applies to all players regardless of location within Bangladesh.
- You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Accounts may not be created or used on behalf of a third party.
- You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.
- You must not be a self-excluded player or a player who has previously had their md333 account closed for violations of these Terms.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access the full range of md333 services, you must register for a player account. Registration is free of charge and requires only a valid mobile phone number — a number linked to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket is recommended as it allows seamless payment integration. Each player may only hold one account at any given time.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your md333 account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify md333 support immediately by email at [email protected].

- Players must keep their contact information up to date. md333 uses registered contact details for all account communications, security alerts, and bonus notifications. md333 bears no liability for communications that fail to reach a player because of outdated contact details.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
md333 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed in the cashier at the time of the transaction. Current supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfers. Payment method availability may vary without notice. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- The minimum single deposit is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though md333 may apply enhanced due diligence procedures to large deposits in line with its risk management policy.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. md333 does not process withdrawals to bank accounts or mobile wallets not previously used for deposits on the account.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or when KYC verification is outstanding.
- md333 reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal where fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms is suspected. Withheld funds will be reviewed and a decision communicated within 7 business days.
- Deposits made using bonus funds, chargebacks, or fraudulent payment instruments will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances. Players are responsible for ensuring all deposits are made using legitimately owned payment accounts.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
md333 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are offered at md333's sole discretion and are subject to the specific terms communicated alongside each promotion. The general bonus rules set out in this section apply to all bonuses unless a promotion's specific terms expressly state otherwise.
- The welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players aged 21+ on their first qualifying deposit of ৳100 or more. The welcome bonus carries a 30x wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount only.
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Cash withdrawals from the bonus wallet are not permitted until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering progress is tracked in the player's account dashboard.
- md333 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or cancel a player's bonus balance if md333 reasonably concludes that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through duplicate accounts, or by exploiting a technical error.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until rollover conditions are fully met. Free spins, when offered, will be credited at a fixed value per spin as stated in the relevant promotion. Winnings from free spins are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless specified otherwise.
6. Game Rules and Fair Play
All games available on md333 are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, Spribe, Microgaming). Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing real-money bets. md333 does not modify game outcomes or house edges beyond those set by certified providers.

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the md333 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all associated balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or claim bonuses. All interactions with md333 must be performed manually by the registered account holder.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or directing others to create accounts for the purpose of transferring funds or bonuses back to the original player. This includes using different mobile numbers, names, or payment details to circumvent the one-account-per-player rule.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected technical error will be voided and removed from the account without notice.
- Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the md333 platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal entertainment. md333 cooperates fully with authorities in cases of suspected financial crime.
- Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward md333 support staff or other players. md333 maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and will permanently ban any player found to have acted in this manner.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
md333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where md333 reasonably believes that a player has breached these Terms, has provided false information, is engaged in prohibited conduct, or where account closure is required by applicable law or regulation. In the event of account closure, any verified real-money balance — net of bonus funds — will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after the completion of any outstanding review.

A player who is concerned about their gambling habits is encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool available in account settings before requesting account closure, which allows a cooling-off period of 1 to 6 months or a permanent self-exclusion.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, md333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the md333 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage. md333's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player to their md333 account in the 30 days preceding the claim.
md333 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. md333 will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and to notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance where practicable. Unscheduled downtime, including that caused by third-party infrastructure providers, does not constitute a breach by md333.
10. Amendments to These Terms
md333 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, md333 will notify registered players via the contact details on record — typically by in-platform notification or email. The revised Terms will display the updated effective date at the top of the document. Your continued use of the md333 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support at [email protected] to close your account and arrange the return of any verified real-money balance.
